摘要
目的:研究结直肠癌组织中运动相关蛋白1(MRP1)/CD9和ME491/CD63的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用组织芯片的免疫组织化学技术检测239例结直肠癌组织中MRP1/CD9和ME491/CD63的表达。结果:MRP1/CD9在结直肠癌组织中的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、Dukes分期、淋巴结转移有关(χ2=8.930、7.430和5.857,P均<0.05),而与患者的性别、年龄、浸润深度无关(χ2=1.800,0.014和0.096,P均>0.05)。ME491/CD63的表达与结直肠癌临床病理指标无关。结直肠癌组织中MRP1/CD9和ME491/CD63的表达呈正关联(rP=0.311,P<0.001)。结论:MRP1/CD9可作为结直肠癌的预后因子。结直肠癌组织中MRP1/CD9和ME491/CD63的表达呈正关联。
Aim：To study the expressions of mobility related protein-1（MRP1）/CD9 and ME491/CD63 in colorectal carcinoma tissue.Methods：Tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expressions of MRP1/CD9 and ME491/CD63 in 239 cases of colorectal carcinoma.The correlations between MRP1/CD9 and ME491/CD63 expression as well as the clinical and pathological characteristics were analyzed.Results：The expression of MRP1/CD9 was closely related with the differentiated degree,Dukes stages,and lymph node metastasis（χ2=8.930,7.430,5.857;P0.05）.And it had no relationship with the patients＇ sex,age,or the depth of infiltration（χ2=1.800,0.014,0.096,P0.05）.No correlation was found between the expression of ME491/CD63 in colorectal carcinoma and its clinicopathological materials.Positive association was found between the expression of MRP1/CD9 and ME491/CD63（rP=0.311,P0.001）.Conclusion：The expression of MRP1/CD9 is a prognostic factor of colorectal carcinoma.The expression of MRP1/CD9 significantly correlates with the expression of ME491/CD63.
