摘要
通过金相﹑X射线衍射及静态浸泡腐蚀实验等方法探讨了深冷处理对CuAl合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:CuAl合金经深冷处理后组织明显细化,且在晶界处出现网状组织特征,但合金的耐腐蚀性有所降低。
The effects of cryogenic treatment on the corrosion resistance of CuA1 alloy in 3.5% NaCI solution were studied by metallograph, XRD and static immersing corrosion test. The results show that the microstructure of the alloy after cryogenic treatment is significantly refined, and the network structure feature occurs in the grain botmdary, but the corrosion resistance decreases.
