摘要
探讨了5CrMnMo钢的QPQ盐浴复合表面处理工艺,利用扫描电镜观察处理后的表层显微组织、检测氮化层厚度、分析氮化层质量;利用显微硬度计检测组织的显微硬度,并对不同的渗氮试样作磨损、耐腐蚀对比试验。结果表明:经QPQ处理的5CrMnMo钢具有组织均匀、结构致密的渗层,且具有很高的显微硬度、耐磨性以及强抗腐蚀性。
The QPQ complex salt-bath treatment process was studied for 5CrMnMo steel, The treated surface microstructure was analyzed by using SEM. In the meantime, the thickness of the nitriding-layer and the quality of the nitriding-layer were also analyzed. The micro-hardness was measured by microsopic hardness scale, The contrast experiment to wear-resistance and anti-corrosion of different nitrogenous specimen was tested. The results show that the nitriding-layer has uniform structure,high hardness, wear-resistance and good anti-corrosion of 5CrMnMo steel treated by QPQ salt bath process.
