摘要
利用纳米力学测试系统测试黄铜经深冷处理前后的硬度、弹性模量和摩擦系数,并借助金相显微镜、SEM/EDS和TEM对深冷处理前后黄铜的组织进行分析。在此基础上,探讨了深冷处理对黄铜微观力学性能的影响。结果表明:深冷处理能细化黄铜组织,增大黄铜的硬度、弹性回复系数和硬弹比,减小摩擦系数,有效地提高了合金的抗压痕形变能力。
Hardness and elastic modulus of brass before and after cryogenic treatment were measured by nano-mechanical test instruments. Microstructure of the brass before and after cryogenic treatment was studied by means of metallurgical microscope, scanning electron microscopy(SEM/EDS) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The effects of cryogenic treatment on micro-mechanical properties of the brass were discussed based on the experiments. The results show that the cryogenic treatment can refine the microstructure of the brass, and increase its hardness, elastic recovery rate and ratio of hardness to modulus, which can improve the ability to anti-indentation creep effectively.
