摘要
针对国内煤矿井下用隔尘气幕机产品空缺的现状,对其主要技术指标确定、风机型式选择、风轮设计、整机优化设计及实验室实验等5个方面进行研究与设计,开发出矿用隔尘气幕机,并进行了工业性试验验证。研制的气幕机最大风量达到80 m3/min以上,出口风速可达14 m/s以上,风流分布均匀系数达到0.8。工业性试验结果表明:气幕机在煤矿井下机掘工作面使用时不会影响工作面正常生产,其隔尘效率最高达到81.2%,平均在70%以上。
To counter the present situation that the mine dust-suppression air curtain machine is nonexistent in our coal mines, research and design were carried out on five aspects of this machine, including the determination of its main technical specifications, the choice of fan types, the design of wind wheels, the optimized design of the whole machine and the laboratory experiment, on this basis, a dust-suppression air curtain machine was developed, and its industrial test and verification were carried out. The maximum air quantity of the developed air curtain machine can reach 80 m3/min or more, the air speed at the outlet can be 14 m/s or more, and the airflow distribution uniformity coefficient can be 0.8. Industrial test results showed that the use of the dust-suppression air curtain machine in the heading face in coal mines would not affect the normal production of the face, its dust-suppression efficiency could be up to 81.2% , an average of 70% or more.
