摘要
根据流体力学中空气射流理论,分析研究了采用空气幕隔离综采工作面司机处呼吸性粉尘的原理及其方法该空气幕在采煤机司机处与煤壁间形成了一道“无形透明的屏障”,阻隔采煤机截煤过程中粉尘向司机处扩散,应用于现场效果明显,平均隔离呼吸性粉尘效率达82.34%,有较大的实用价值和广泛的应用前景图2,表2。
Based on the theory of hydraulic
mechanics and air-jet technology, the principle and method of isolating the respiring dust at the
driver's position with technology of the air curtain has analyzed and researched in the
comprehensive mechanized working face. The air curtain established a immateriality and
transparent barrier between the driver of the machine and the coal wall, and stopped the dust
diffusing to the driver's position during the process of coal-cutting. The application effects were
good in producing site, and the average efficiency of isolating dust was 82.34%. Therefore, the
air curtain technology described to the paper has a better application value in the
comprehensive mechanized coal working face and a wide foreground to popularize in the
