摘要
以家猪血样为DNA提取材料 ,建立了用改进方法提取DNA为模板进行PCR—RAPD分析的最佳条件 ,获得稳定而理想的PCR—RAPD扩增结果。
The methods for DNA extraction from pori cine and the optimal conditions for PCR-RAPD(polymorase chain reaction-random amplified polymorphic) were estab lished in this paper.The PCR products were electrophoresed in agarose gels show ed clear bands with light backtround.
