摘要 以杂交稻Ⅱ代63幼苗为DNA提取材料,建立了以所提取单株DNA为模板进行PCR-RAPD分析的最佳条件,获得稳定而理想的PCR扩增效果。 The methods for DNA extraction from rice seedling (Otyza saliva L )and the optimalconditions for PCR - RAPD (polymorase chain reaction - random amplified polymorphic)u'ere established in this paper. T he optimal PCR - RAPD conditions were predenature forseven minutes at 94'C' consistency of 2. O mM' L -'Mg'+. 2. OmM' -1dNPTS and o' 5~ 1' o u-nits of Taq polymerase. The PCR products were electrophoresed in agarose gels (contains ofo- 5pg' ml-lof ethidium bromide ) showed clear bands with light background-
