HIF-2α、HER-2α与胃癌关系的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 缺氧诱导因子-2α(HIF-2α)是机体的一种重要转录因子,其表达和活性受到细胞氧浓度的严密调控。研究发现HIF-2α参与胃癌肿瘤新生血管的生成,并联合HIF-1α在胃癌的发生发展、浸润、转移过程中发挥重要作用。HER-2隶属于酪氨酸激酶Ⅰ型受体家族,其基因扩增或过表达提示胃癌患者的不良预后。HIF-2α、HER-2α有望成为胃癌靶向治疗新的研究热点,本文就HIF-2α、HER-2α的结构特点、生物学功能、与胃癌的关系作一综述。
