乳腺癌中缺氧诱导因子-2α,微血管密度与细胞凋亡的关系 被引量:2

摘要 应用免疫组织化学技术和末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的X-dUTP缺口末端标记法(TUNEL)检测6 6例乳腺癌中缺氧诱导因子-2α(HIF-2α)的表达,检测微血管密度(MVD)和细胞凋亡。结果示6 6例乳腺癌HIF-2α阳性率为4 2.4%,其表达随病理分期的升高而增加(P<0.0 1)。HIF-2α的表达与乳腺癌病理分级无关(P>0.0 5),而与MVD呈正相关(r=0.6 8 5,P<0.0 1),与肿瘤调亡指数(AI)呈负相关(r=-0.5 6 1,P<0.0 1)。乳腺癌MVD与AI呈负相关(r=-0.581,P<0.0 1)。提示在乳腺癌发展过程中,HIF-2α对肿瘤的能量代谢和新血管生成有促进作用;微血管的形成可抑制肿瘤细胞的凋亡,从而促进肿瘤的恶性进展。
