摘要
目的了解某医院口腔科门诊患者口腔健康知识知晓率情况,评价护理健康教育的效果,为该地开展口腔保健知识健康教育提供参考依据。方法随机对280名到该院口腔科门诊就诊的患者进行问卷调查,并于调查1周后患者复诊时再次进行相同的问卷调查,对有效问卷进行回收统计,用SPSS 13.0统计学软件对结果作χ2检验及Fisher’s精确检验。结果回收有效问卷278份,278名患者对"吸烟危害口腔健康"和"刷牙有利于牙齿健康"知晓率高,但对其他口腔健康知识的知晓率均较低;护理健康教育1周后再次对同一人群进行问卷调查,12项核心内容中有11项教育后知晓率明显高于教育前,教育后患者对口腔健康知识的关注度明显高于教育前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该院口腔科门诊患者对口腔科健康知识知晓率低,门诊护士对患者进行短期健康教育可显著提高口腔健康知识的知晓率,对预防口腔疾病有重要价值。
[Objective]To understand the awareness of outpatient about oral hygiene knowledge in a hospital,to evaluate the effect of nursing health education,and provide evidence for carrying out oral health knowledge education.[Methods]questionnaire survey was conducted on 280 dental outpatients who were randomly selected,then the same survey was repeated after a week.The valid questionnaire were statistically analyzed by SPSS 13.0 for χ2 test and Fisher＇s exact test.[Results]A total of 278 valid questionnaires were collected,data indicated that all patients had good awareness of ＂ harmfulness of smoking to oral health＂ and ＂brushing teeth is good for dental health ＂,however,they had poor knowledge of other oral health.A same content survey was conducted after one week.Health care education courses which showed that the indexes of 11/12 core contents had a great improvement than before,the difference was significantly（P0.05）[Conclusion]The dental outpatients of this hospital are lack of oral health knowledge,short-term health education performed by clinic nurses can significantly improve awareness of oral health knowledge and plays important role in prevention of oral diseases.
