摘要
目的了解武汉市硚口区高中毕业生口腔龋病现状,为高中生龋病预防和治疗提供科学依据。方法根据WHO口腔健康调查方法,2007年3月共调查5969名高中毕业生的龋齿发病情况。结果该组高中生龋病患病率为34.29%,龋均为0.81,充填率41.75%;窝沟龋占84.64%;下颌第1磨牙占龋齿总数的47.26%。女生患龋程度高于男生。结论硚口区高中生毕业生患龋程度处于较低水平,提高龋齿充填率和减少因龋失牙数是今后防治工作的重点。促进学生口腔健康应成为学校的重要工作之一。
[ Objective] To investigate the status of dental caries among the senior high school graduates in Qiaokou District of Wuhan and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of students＇ dental caries. [ Methods ] WHO oral health survey method was applied to investigate the incidence of dental caries among 5969 senior high school graduates in March of 2007. [Results] The morbidity of dental caries, the DMFT, caries filling rate and the rate of pit-fissure caries were 34.29%, 0.81, 41.75% and 84.64% respectively; the caries in the first permanent molar of lower jaw was 47.26% ; the morbidity of caries among girls was higher than that among the boys. [ Conclusion] The dental caries level was low among the senior high school graduates in Qiaokou District; emphasis should be put on the improvement of dental caries filling and the reduction of teeth missing caused by dental caries ; dental health improvement is to be one of the crucial works in the schools.
