摘要
坚强有力的短期用工队伍是医院建设发展的重要后勤保障,随着我国市场经济的快速发展和人民对健康需求的日益增长,医院短期用工队伍的充实、教育、培养等管理工作也显得尤为重要,但目前对于医院短期用工人员的管理手段滞后,严重影响了医院工作和服务质量。本文从分析短期用工的特征及管理工作中存在的问题,结合现在医院的特点探讨管理对策。

With fast development of our country market economy and the growing of he people's health needs,it is particularly important of hospital short-term working team of enrichment, education, training. But at present the management for hospital short-term employment means backward, it has seriously affected the hospital work and service quality. This article from the analysis of short-term employment characteristics and management problems, combined with the characteristics of management in the hospital now.
