摘要
坚强有力的短期用工队伍是医院建设发展的重要后勤保障,随着我国市场经济的快速发展和人民对健康需求的日益增长,医院短期用工队伍的充实、教育、培养等管理工作也显得尤为重要,但目前对于医院短期用工人员的管理手段滞后,严重影响了医院工作和服务质量。本文从分析短期用工的特征及管理工作中存在的问题,结合现在医院的特点探讨管理对策。
A strong short-term employment team is an important logistical support in the development of hospital. With fast development of our country market economy and the growing of he people＇s health needs,it is particularly important of hospital short-term working team of enrichment, education, training. But at present the management for hospital short-term employment means backward, it has seriously affected the hospital work and service quality. This article from the analysis of short-term employment characteristics and management problems, combined with the characteristics of management in the hospital now.
