摘要
随着2008年1月1日起《劳动合同法》的颁布与实施,用人单位合法用工、规范用工被赋予了更高的社会要求。简单概述了高校后勤临时工的基本概念、特征,系统剖析了高校后勤临时工管理的主要问题,并提出了加强后勤临时工管理的几点对策。
With the January 1, 2008 onwards, ＂Labor Contract Law＂, The promulgation and implementation of the lawful labor employers, labor standards have been given a higher social demands. This paper briefly outlines the basic concepts of Rear temporary, characteristics, the system analyzes the temporary management of the major colleges and universities logistics issues, and proposes strengthening the logistics management of several temporary measures.
