摘要
目的:观察自拟明目汤治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:将68例患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组32例。治疗组服用自拟明目汤;对照组服用阿斯匹林肠溶片。观察眼底改善情况和视力恢复情况。结果:眼底改善情况:治疗组有效率为94.8%,对照组有效率为76.67%;视力恢复情况:治疗组有效率为91.66%,对照组有效率为68.75%,两组有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟明目汤治疗单纯性糖尿病性视网膜病变疗效确切、安全。
Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of Mingmu decoction in the treatment of simple diabetic retinopathy.Methods：68 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n=36） and control group（n=32）.The treatment group was given Mingmu decoction and the control group was given aspirin enteric tablet.Observe the eyeground improvement and sight recovery.Results：The eyeground improvement：the efficient rate was 94.8% in treatment group and 76.67% in control group.Eyeground was improved and sight was recovered.Conclusion：The effect of Mingmu decoction in the treatment of simple diabetic retinopathy is definite and safe.
