摘要
目的探讨苦碟子注射液治疗眼底出血的疗效。方法将88例眼底出血患者随机分组:治疗组45例给予静脉滴注苦碟子注射液,对照组43例给予静脉滴注丹参注射液。结果视力恢复:治疗组总有效率84.44%,对照组总有效率65.12%(P<0.05);出血吸收:治疗组有效率达84.44%,对照组有效率60.47%(P<0.05),差异有显著性。结论苦碟子注射液治疗眼底出血疗效满意,值得推广。
Aim To explore the effect of kudiezi injection on the treatment of fudus hemorrhage. Methods 88 cases of fudus hemorrhage patients were randomized. 45 cases were treated by kudiezi injection in the treatment group,while 43 cases were treated by danshen injection in the control group. Results As for visual recovery, the total effect rate of treatment group was 84.44%, and that of control group was 65.12% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. As for hemorrhage absorption, the effect rate of treatment group was 84.44% , and that of control group was 60. 47% （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There were significant differences. Conclusion Effects of kudiezi injection in the treatment of fudus hemorrhage was satisfactory. It is worth promoting.
