七斜辊矫直机应用程序设计与数值模拟 被引量:3

Application program design and numerical simulation of seven-cross-roller straightener

摘要 根据矫直理论,利用MATLAB GUI平台实现对2-2-2-1型七斜辊棒材矫直机的辊距、辊子斜角、压下量等工艺结构参数的计算,以及等距双曲线辊形的自动设计,并通过VBA技术实现等距双曲线辊形在CATIA软件中的自动绘制。以Φ60mm 20Cr钢为例,由程序计算所得工艺结构参数与辊形曲线,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对棒材矫直过程进行数值模拟,得到了矫直过程中的矫直力曲线、残余应力分布和矫直后棒材纵坐标分布曲线。在LGJ100七斜辊矫直机上进行试验验证。试验结果表明,理论计算与数值模拟的结果合理可行,对七斜辊矫直机的高效设计与实际矫直生产具有指导意义。 Process and structure parameters of 2-2-2-1 seven-cross-roller straightener,such as roll pitch,roll angle and roll intermesh,were calculated based on the MATLAB GUI platform according to straightening principles.The isometric hyperbolic roller shape was also designed with MATLAB GUI and drawn by CATIA software automatically through VBA technology.This paper,with Φ60mm 20Cr steel as an example,calculated process parameters and roller shape curve with MATLAB program,used the calculated parameters and roller shape curve to perform the numerical simulation with ABAQUS software,and then obtained the straightening force of each roller,the residual stress distribution and the rod longitudinal coordinate distribution curve.The verification experiment was carried out on LGJ100 seven-cross-roller straightener.Experimental results showed that results of theoretical calculations and numerical simulation are reasonable and feasible,which is beneficial for efficient design of seven-cross-roller straightener as well as practical straightening production.
