摘要
为了解决弹簧成形送线精度不高的问题,对送线总成进行结构分析与受力分析,筛选出影响送线精度的因素,并设计正交试验对关键因素进行识别。依据正交试验识别结果,建立基于ABAQUS软件的弹簧成形送线精度仿真模型,以弹簧钢丝受到的垂向接触力与钢丝表面应力为指标对送线轮结构进行优化选择,同时对工艺参数进行调整。
In order to solve the problem of low precision of wire feeding for spring forming,it analyzes the structure and force of wire feeding assembly,and selects the factors that affect the precision of wire feeding,and designs the orthogonal test to identify the key factors.Based on the orthogonal test identification results,a simulation model of spring forming wire feeding accuracy based on ABAQUS software was established.The vertical contact force of the spring steel wire and the surface stress of the wire were used as indicators to optimize the structure of the wire feeding wheel and adjust the process parameters.
