摘要
针对传统的二辊滚光机只有滚光作用,且矫直作用不明显的问题,提出了一种新的二辊矫直滚光机矫直辊的设计方法,通过改进矫直辊变形区域的组成,使二辊滚光机同时具有良好的矫直和滚光作用。
A new roll shape design method of straightening roll in two-roll straightening tumble mill is proposed since the conventional two-roll tumbling mill only has a function of finishing, but the straightening effectiveness is not obvious. By improving the composition of transmutative region of the traditional two-roll tumbling mill, the new two-roll straightening tumbling mill has better effect in straightening and finishing.
