摘要
对双面曝光技术中的对准方式、曝光光源系统、对准工作台等关键技术进行了研究 ,并通过多年工作实践经验 ,对对准工作台的精度分析作了论述。
This paper researches on alignment modes,exposure source,alignment stage and other critical techniques in double?sided exposure technology,and expounding analysis of alignment stage precision by many years working experience.
