摘要
目的：探讨自制“通腑合剂”治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将符合诊断标准的６９例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组３９例，对照组３０例。在对照组综合治疗的基础上，治疗组加用自制通腑合剂胃管注入。结果：治疗组显效率（４６．２％）明显高于对照组（１６．７％），Ｐ＜０．０５；２组主要症状、体征、血和尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间比较，有显著性或非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：通腑合剂能够通腑泻浊，缓解腹痛、腹胀，促使毒物排出体外，解决肠道细菌易位，是配合治疗急性胰腺炎的有效药物。
Objective :To investigate the clinically curative effects of Tongfu Mixture prepared by author on acute pancreatitis. Methods :69 cases with acute pancreatitis in accord with diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group (n=39) and control group (n=30).Based on general therapy in control group,Tongfu Mixture fed via nasogastric tube was added in treatment group. Results :The markedly effective rate (462%) in treatment group was significantly higher than that (167%) in control group (P<005).Statistically,in comparison between two groups the times for recovery of main symptoms,signs,and amylases of blood and urine to normal were significantly or very significantly different. Conclusions :Tongfu Mixture is able to clear the hollow viscera and excrete turbid substance ,relieve abdominal pain and distension,promote expelling toxins from body,solve intestinal bacterial translocation,and is an effective medicine for treating acute pancreatitis as a cooperative therapy.
