摘要
采用不同浓度的α-萘乙酸对粉葛6个品种进行扦插处理和用不同的压条方法栽培。通过对植株的生物学特性的观测和分析表明α-萘乙酸浓度在100ppm~150ppm之间适合于粉葛品种的扦插;用压条的方法比扦插更容易达到快速繁殖的目的。
Six varieties of Pueraria thomsonii Benth species are cultivated by using different concentration of alpha-napthaleneacetic acid (α-NAA) for dealing with cuttings and different layers. The biological characters ,including fresh weight of roots, were observed and analyzed. The results show that the range of α-NAA from 100 ppm to 150 ppm is suitable for these six species, and the layerage is much better than the cutting to promote their growth.
