摘要
目的探讨原发性腹膜后肿瘤的诊断及手术方法。方法回顾性分析12例经手术和病理证实的腹膜后肿瘤临床特点及手术疗效。结果肉眼肿瘤全切12例,其中联合脏器切除4例,分块切除3例,复发2例,无严重并发症。结论影像学检查对术前诊断和手术切除范围有重要意义,良好的手术技能是提高手术切除率、减少损伤的关键,再次手术是治疗复发的有效手段。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of primary retroperitoneal tumor （PRT）. Methods The clinical data of 12 patients with PRT operated on from Apr. , 1998 to Apr. , 2006 were analyzed,retrospectively. Results Of the 12 patients with tumor, 12 underwent complete resection, with incidental organ resection in 4 cases, palliative resection in 3 cases, and complete resection of recurrent tumor in 2 cases. There were no severe complications. Conclusions Imaging examination plays important roles for preoperative diagnosis and surgical respectable area. It is the key point to have well surgical skill for enhance curative effect and lessen sub-damnification. The re-operation should be considered for patients with recurrent tumors.
