摘要
着重介绍了小浪底水利枢纽郑州集控系统自动发电控制功能(AGC)的厂间分配方案,该方案不仅保证了给定负荷的分配,并且充分考虑了小浪底、西霞院两厂的梯级关系,采取实用的优化策略,使得梯级电站间既达到能效的经济性,又实现了流量关系的平衡。
This paper introduced the plant power-dispatching plan of AGC function for Xiaolangdi cascade centralized system in Zhengzhou. The plan not only dealt the power regulation task, but also maturely considered the cascade water relationship of Xiaolangdi and Xixiayuan power plants. It gave a practical way to get the eeonomic aims of power etfieiency, as well as the balance of flow between the two plants.
