摘要
根据日水量调度指标,结合小浪底、西霞院梯级水库的调度特点,以小浪底水库近期发电出力(有功功率)过程为依据,计算小浪底、西霞院两水库日内机组优化出力过程。该模型可用于编制小浪底、西霞院两水库发电出力过程日前计划及动态推求发电出力实时滚动计划,可合理安排小浪底、西霞院两水库日内发电过程,在完成水量调度任务的同时,实现梯级水库发电经济调度。
In accordance with the daily quota of water regulation,with consideration of the characteristics of cascade reservoirs' water regulation of Xiaolangdi and Xixiayuan Projects,as well as the recent power generation output proecss of Xiaolangdi Project(active power),the paper calculates the optimized process of daily power generation output of Xiaolangdi and Xixiayuan Reservoirs.The purpose is to make up current schedules on power generation output process and ascertain real time rolling plans,in order to schedule reasonablly the daily process of power output of Xiaolangdi and Xixiayuan Reservoirs.Hence,both tasks of water regulation and economic output regulation of the cascade reservoirs are realized.
