复合刷镀纳米Ni-ZrO_2高温耐磨性的研究 被引量:38

摘要 复合刷镀纳米Ni-ZrO2 镀层具有优良的高温耐磨性 ,常用于设备在高温下磨损后的修复处理。提出了一种纳米Ni-ZrO2 复合刷镀工艺 ,研究了镀液中纳米ZrO2含量对镀层中的纳米ZrO2 粒子复合量的影响 ,时效热处理与镀层硬度的关系。镀层中的ZrO2 粒子复合量随镀液中ZrO2 含量的增大而增大 ,时效热处理能明显提高镀层的硬度 ,经 40 0℃时效热处理后 ,硬度达最大 ,纳米Ni-ZrO2 复合镀层的高温耐磨性是基材 (4 0Cr钢 )的 5~ 7倍。这是由于复合刷镀层中纳米ZrO2 的存在抑制了晶粒的长大 ,从而提高了镀层的硬度和耐磨性。 Nanometer nickel-zirconium dioxide composite brush deposits have been adopted for repair of worn equipment for their excellent wear resistance at high temperature. A process of nanometer nickel-zirconium dioxide composite brush plating was purposed. The effect of nanometer nickel-zirconium dioxide content in the electrolyte on composite nickel-zirconium dioxide content in the obtained deposits was studied. Relationship between aging thermal treatment and hardness of the composite deposits was investigated. The composite nickel-zirconium dioxide content in the deposits increased with the increase of zirconium dioxide content in the electrolyte. Hardness of the composite deposits was greatly improved by aging thermal treatment, and reached a peak value after being thermal treated at 400℃. In aspect of wear resistance at high temperature, nanomenter nickel-zirconium dioxide composite deposit is 5 to 7 times as high as base metal (40 Cr steel). High hardness and wear resistance attribute to the existence of nanometer zirconium dioxide particles which restrain the growth of grains.
