摘要
论述了 ( Ni- P) -纳米 Si3N4 微粒复合刷镀工艺、设备及 ( Ni- P) -纳米 Si3N4 微粒复合刷镀液的组成和配制方法 ;研究了纳米 Si3N4 微粒在刷镀液中的含量、刷镀工作电压和刷镀温度对 ( Ni- P) -纳米 Si3N4 微粒复合刷镀层的影响 ;
Ni P) nanometer Si 3N 4 composite brush plating technology, and the equipments, the plating solution composition, the method of the solution's making up thereof are discussed. The effect of the nanometer Si 3N 4 particles content in the solution, the operating voltage, and the solution temperature on the obtained (Ni P) nanometer Si 3N 4 composite deposts is investigated. Also, the hardness and the wear resistance of the composite coatings that have been thermal treated in different temperature are studied.
