摘要
采用单因素和正交试验设计法,以总香豆素提取率为考察指标,确定了独活总香豆素微波提取的最佳工艺条件:提取溶剂乙醇浓度为60%,微波温度为70℃,液料比为1∶15(m/V),微波功率为500 W,提取3次,每次提取时间为15 min。在该优化条件下,独活总香豆素的提取率平均可达8.838 mg/g。该微波提取工艺稳定,操作简捷,适用于独活总香豆素的提取。
Using total coumarins in Radix Angelicae pubescentis extraction efficiency as evaluating indicators, the optinmm extracting process assisted with microwave-assisted method was discussed with single factor and orthogonal design methods. The optimmn condition of extracting total coumarins in Radix Angelicae pubescentis with microwave method were obtained, lhe concentralion of extraction solvent ethanol, the extracting time, extracting temperature, the ratio between raw material and solvent, and the extracting times were 60%,70℃, I:15(M/V), 3 times, 15rain per time, respectively with the microwave power of 500 W. The average extraction efficiency of total coumarins was 8.838 mg/g under the optimum condition. The optimum extracting process was stable and simple, which could be applied in the extraction of total eoumarins in Radix Artgelicae pubescentis.
