摘要
目的:建立复方雪莲软胶囊的质量标准,对复方雪莲软胶囊与硬胶囊的质量进行对比研究。方法:从制剂质量标准必需的鉴别、检查、含量测定3个方面,对比考察复方雪莲软胶囊与硬胶囊的质量。结果:两种制剂鉴别实验均为阳性,崩解度均符合药典规定,均未检出毒性成分双酯型乌头碱,两种制剂中芦丁的含量也基本一致。结论:复方雪莲软胶囊与硬胶囊各项质量指标基本一致。
Objective:To compare with the quality of compound saussaurea soft capsules and compound saussaurea capsules. Methods: By three ways of identification examination and determination of content, the quality of compound saussaurea soft capsules and capsules were observed. Results: To compound saussaurea soft capsules and capsules, identification were both positive, disintegration both conformed to Chinese Pharmacopeia,contents of aconitine weren't examined, contents of rutin were both consistent. Conclusion:The quality of compound saussaurea soft capsules were consistent with that of capsules.
