摘要 目的:观测大鼠脊髓前动脉形态结构的增龄变化。方法:运用透射电镜及图像分析方法。结果:大鼠脊髓前动脉形态结构的增龄变化主要有管壁增厚,内皮细胞变性脱落,内弹性膜变薄、折叠减少,并出现崩解断裂;中膜平滑肌细胞增生堆集并凸入管腔。随月龄增加,脊髓前动脉弹性纤维的相对含量显著减少,胶原纤维相对含量显著增加(P<0.01),血管的C/E值也显著增加(P<0.01)。结论:脊髓前动脉形态结构的老龄变化可能与脊髓血管性疾病的发生有关。 Thirty-nine male rats were studied by electron microscope and image analysis to measure the aging changes of the arterial morphology of the spinal cord. These aging changes of the ventral spinal artery included; the arterial walls thckened, endothelial cells degenerated and broke away from the wall; the folds of internal elastic laminae reduced, the internal elastic laminae thinned and disrupted; smooth muscle cells in the tunica media degenerated, proliferated and protruded to the lumen. The relative content of the elastic fibers decreased significantly (P<0. 01), while the relative content of the collagen fibers and the ratio of C/E increased significantly with age (P<0. 01). These aging changes of the arterial morphology of the spinal cord may be important contributory factors in the vascular myelopathy.
