摘要
为了进一步提供脊髓动脉供应的解剖学资料,并为临床探讨脊髓缺血软化的机理提供形态学基础,本文对39例动脉内灌注乳胶和明胶的婴幼儿脊髓前动脉进行观测.脊髓前动脉按其支数不同可分三型,Ⅰ型(10例,占25.64%)仅有一支脊髓前动脉;Ⅱ型(27例,占69.23%)有两支骨髓前动脉:Ⅲ型(2例,占5.13%)有三支脊髓前动脉.婴幼儿脊髓前动脉的管径左右相似,平均为0.55±0.12mm.两支或三支脊髓前动脉相吻合形成脊髓前(正中)动脉.其汇合部位可在延髓也可在颈髓各段,最低达C_8平面.本文并对脊髓前动脉的命名提出了不同看法.
In order to extend the anatomic knowledge of the arterial supply of the spinal cord and to provide morphology data for further clinical research into the principles of the ischemia and malacosis of the spinal cord, the anterior spinal arteries were observed and measured in 39 infants and children cadavers with arterial injections of nature latex or gelatin. The different numbers of the anterior spinal arteries may be systematised into three types. Type Ⅰ(10 cases, 25. 64%), there is only one anterior spinal artery. Type Ⅱ (27 cases,69. 23%),there are two arteries. Type Ⅲ (2 cases,5. 13%),there are three arteries. The mean diameter of them is 0. 55±0. 12mm. Two or three arteries anastomose to form the anterior median spinal artery. The level of the anastomose is situated in the medulla oblongata or the cervical cord. The lowest level is situated in the eighth cervical cord. The names of the anterior spinal arteries were discussed.
