摘要
目的对不同月龄大鼠主动脉超微结构进行研究以期发现其老化特征。方法采用三组Wistar大鼠(分别为1月、6月、20月龄,各10只)主动脉组织制成电镜标本,观察其超微结构。结果主动脉组织超微结构:6月龄大鼠与1月龄相比基本相似,而胶原纤维增多,平滑肌细胞器增多。20月龄大鼠与6月龄相比,主动脉内弹性膜出现断裂,弹性纤维相对减少,胶原纤维相对增多,平滑肌细胞突起增多,细胞核形状不规则,细胞器体积增大,数目增多。结论大鼠血管平滑肌细胞及其它成分的超微结构显示大鼠发育性改变和老化性改变的特点。
Objective Uhrastructure of the aorta from different month-old rats was investigated in order to find the characteristics of aging. Methods The aorta were excised from three groups of rats (1,6,20month, n= 10 respectively) and studied by electron microscope. Results Ultrastructttre of the aorta in 6 months-old rats were almost similar to 1 month-old rats, the difference was that more collagen fibers and apparatus of smooth muscle eeUs was found in 6 months-old rats. Compared to 6 months-old rats, the internal elastic laminae of 20 months-old rats disrupted, the relative content of the elastic fibers decreased, while the relative content of the elastic fibers increased, the conformation of the membrane and nuclei of vascular smooth muscle cells was irregular, more apparatus was found in the cells and their volume got larger. Conclusion The change of ultrastructure of vacular smooth muscle cells and other components demonstrated the characteristics of the change with developing and aging in rats in our experiment.
