摘要
目的 观察通心络胶囊治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法 治疗组 35例 ,口服通心络胶囊 ,每次 3粒 ,每日 3次 ;对照组 2 0例 ,口服复方丹参片 ,每次 3片 ,每日 3次。2组疗程均为 3周。结果 治疗组在缓解心绞痛、改善心电图缺血性改变及降低血液黏稠度、改善左心功能等方面均优于对照组 ( P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1 )。
Objective To investigate the clinic effect of tongxinluo capsule on angina pectoris of coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods 55 patients of angina pectoris of coronary artery disease randomly divided into two groups. In treatment group (n=35) Tongxinluo capsule was taken orally, in control groups Composite Miltiorrhizae Pill was orally taken 3 pills every time, 3 times a day for 3 weeks in both groups. Results Tongxinluo treated group has better effect than control group in alleviating angina pectoris, improving ECG alchemic changes, lowering blood viscosity and improving left ventricular function (P<0.05). Conclusions Tongxinluo capsule has good clinical effect on angina pectoris of CAD with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome type.
