摘要
目的探究临床上冠心病心绞痛患者使用丹红注射液进行治疗的临床效果。方法 140例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为平行对照组和试验组,每组70例,对平行对照组实施一般的临床常规疗法,而对试验组在实施一般临床常规疗法基础之上再加用丹红注射液,治疗2周后,观察平行对照组和试验组患者的心电图以及临床症状的改善情况。结果试验组患者在临床症状的改善上要显著优于平行对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在心电图方面,试验组患者的心电图改善情况优于平行对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。另外,试验组患者中无任何不良反应出现。结论临床上冠心病心绞痛患者使用丹红注射液进行治疗,相对比较安全、有效,临床效果显著。
Objective To investigate clinical effect by Danhong injection in the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease stenocardia. Methods A total of 140 patients with coronary heart disease stenocardia were randomly divided into parallel control group and experimental group, with 70 cases in each group. The parallel control group received conventional clinical therapy, and the experimental group received additional Danhong injection. After 2 weeks of treatment, improvements of electrocardiogram and clinical symptoms in parallel control group and experimental group were observed. Results The experimental group had much better improvement of clinical symptoms than the parallel control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. It also had better improvement in electrocardiogram than the control group, while their difference had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. In addition, the experimental group had no cases with adverse reactions. Conclusion Implement of Danhong injection in clinical treatment of coronary heart disease stenocardia is safe and effective, with remarkable clinical effect.
