摘要
目的 探讨检测风心病患者血清中 , 型前胶原PC ,PC 含量作为临床判断风心病心肌纤维化程度时血清标志物的价值 .方法 用放射免疫法检测患者血清中 PC ,PC 含量 ,用免疫组化法检测患者心肌中 , 型胶原表达量 ,并将二者进行相关性分析 .结果 风湿性二尖瓣关闭不全患者血清中 PC ,PC 含量较正常对照明显升高 ,且与心肌中 , 型胶原表达量呈正相关 .结论 用放射免疫法测定血清中 , 型胶原前体水平 。
AIM To investigate the clinical significance of measuring the serum concentrations of precollagen Ⅰ(PCⅠ), Ⅲ(PCⅢ) in patients with rheumatic mitral regurgitation as an index of judging the degree of myocardial fibrosis. METHODS The serum concentrations of PCⅠ, PCⅢ in the patients with rheumatic mitral regurgitation were measured by radioimmunoassay and the expressive degrees of collagen Ⅰ and collagen Ⅲ were tested by immunohischemical staining. The results were analyzed through correlation. RESULTS The serum levels of PCⅠ, PCⅢ in the patients with rheumatic mitral regurgitation were significantly higher than those in healthy adult control group [MR: PCⅠ (61±22) μg·L -1 , PCⅢ (130±40) μg·L -1 ; HD: PCⅠ (50±16) μg·L -1 , PCⅢ (70±16) μg·L -1 , P<0.01] and were correlated positively with the expressive degree of collagen Ⅰ and collagen Ⅲ. CONCLUSION The serum concentrations of PCⅠ, PCⅢ in the patients with rheumatic mitral regurgitation measured by radioimmunoassay can be used to reflect the degree of cardiac fibrosis.
