摘要 巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(macrophage migration inhibitory factor,MIF)是一种多功能细胞因子,通过各种途径参与机体各种炎症性和自身免疫性疾病及肿瘤的发生与发展。文中综述MIF在肿瘤发生发展过程中分子作用机制的研究进展。 Macrophage migration inhibitory factor ( MIF), a muhifunctional cytokine, is involved in the development and progression of many inflammatory autoimmune diseases and tumors through various pathways. In this paper, we reviewed the latest progress in the studies of the molecular mechanisms of MIF in the development and progression of tumors.
