摘要 动态增强磁共振成像(dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging,DCE-MRI)是目前用于早期评价抗血管新生和血管干扰治疗效果的方法。文中综述了T1加权DCE-MRI数据采集及数据分析,以及DCE-MRI在评价肿瘤血管新生以及抗肿瘤血管新生治疗中的应用。 Dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI) is now frequently used in early assessment of antiangiogenics and vascular disrupting compounds.This review highlights the critical issues that influence T1-weighted DCE-MRI data acquisition and analysis,as well as applications of DCE-MRI in tumor neovascularization and antiangiogenesis.
