地奥司明结合非甾体抗炎药治疗膝关节滑膜炎疗效观察 被引量：14

摘要 目的评价地奥司明结合非甾体抗炎药治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法对186例膝关节滑膜炎患者给予常规非甾体抗炎药和地奥司明片联合治疗14 d,治疗前后运用膝关节肿胀评级和膝关节评分法(KSS)进行临床评价。结果治疗后膝关节肿胀减轻,膝关节评级由治疗前的(1.62±0.65)级改善为(3.40±0.82)级,KSS评分从治疗前的(65.23±15.61)分升高到(85.12±9.21)分,治疗前后比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论地奥司明片结合非甾体抗炎药治疗膝关节滑膜炎具有较好的临床疗效。
