摘要
目的观察复方辣椒素贴片治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的临床效果。方法对49例PHN患者应用复方辣椒素贴片,观察治疗后的睡眠、用镇痛药情况和疼痛评分(VAS),并进行自身治疗前后的比较。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后恢复正常睡眠、停用非甾体抗炎药及完全无痛或仅轻微疼痛(VAS≤4分)的患者明显增加(P<0·05)。结论复方辣椒素贴片对PHN有较好的局部镇痛作用。
Objective To observate the clinical effect of tabellae adhaesivus of capsaicin in treating postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods The sleeping quality,usage dose of analgesic and score of visual analgesic(VAS) was observed in 49 patients with PHN.Results The proportion of patients with normal sleeping quality increased to 36.36% post-treatment.The percenage of ~patients stopping non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs ~increased to 22.73%,and that of patients without pain completely or with little pain(VAS≤4) ~increased to 45.45%(P<0.05).Conclusion Haojishi has a good local analgesic effect in patients with PHN. [
