摘要
目的:探讨地奥司明片对重睑成形术后上睑肿胀的治疗作用。方法:将行重睑成形术患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组术后口服地奥司明片,头孢丙烯,外用酒精消毒切口;对照组术后口服头孢丙烯,外用酒精消毒切口。结果:治疗组患者术后7天肿胀明显较对照组轻,患者自我满意度明显提高,未出现不良反应。结论:地奥司明片可以有效减轻重睑成形术后上睑肿胀,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Disomin tablets on treating upper eyelid edema after blepharoplasty. Methods 100 cases, age from 18 year-old to 25 year-old, underwent blepharoplasty were randomly divided into two gruops： the treatment group and the control group. Patients in treatment group were instructed to take the oral tablets of the Disomin and Cefprozil after surgery, disinfecting incision with ethyl alcohol. Patients in control group were treated the same methods except for without taking the oral tablets of Disomin. The level of edema was evaluated independently by three people： docter, patient, relative. Results the level of upper eyelid edema was observed at the seventh day of postoperation. 90% cases in treatment group patients were significantly lighter, and it was 40% in control group. Any adverse reactions after taking Disomin did not taken place. Conclusions The upper eyelid edema after blepharoplasty can be reduced effectively by Diosmin tablets. And It is safe and simple..
