摘要
目的为了克服传统切开法重睑术后肿胀明显、恢复慢之不足。方法采用改进术式留静脉桥法。传统切开法重睑术将大部分或全部浅表静脉切断，导致重睑下唇静脉回流不畅，水肿明显。而留静脉桥切开法保留了睑中央１～２支较粗的浅表静脉，水肿得以减轻。结果临床应用１８例，以传统法１５例作对照，术后１天、５天、１５天分别观察，发现前者肿胀轻、恢复快、重睑自然。结论留静脉桥可减轻术后水肿。
Objective To solve the obvious swelling and slow recovery after the traditional double eyelid operation.Method The author adopted an advanced method: the double eyelid operation with a vein bridge. The most part or all of the superficial veins were cut off in the traditional double eyelid operation, and then the obstruction of the venous blood reflex beneath the incision happened, leading to the obvious swelling. In contrast with it, one or two branches of the superficial veins were left in the operation with a vein bridge, and the swelling was reduced. Result Clinically the new operation method had been applied on 18 patients and the traditional one had been applied on 15 patients. The changes of the swelling were observed in contrast on one day, five days, and fifteen days postoperatively. It showed that the swelling was abated and recovery was quicker with a more natural double eyelids after the operation with a vein bridge.Conclusion Operation with a vein bridge may reduce the swelling and edema.
