摘要
针对生产大型球铁壳体的诸多难点,分别从造型制芯工艺,浇冒口设计,冷铁设计,合箱尺寸控制以及熔炼等方面指出控制要点,成功生产了大型球铁壳体铸件,铸件品质达到了用户的验收标准。
According to the difficulties in the production of large ductile iron housing, the key control points were pointed out in molding and coremaking processes, gate and riser design, chiller design, mould assembling size control and smelting process, and so on. The large housing castings of ductile iron were successfully produced. The casting quality can meet the user＇s acceptance criteria.
