Effect of Mn Content and Heat Treating Condition on Mechanical Properties of Nickel-containing Ductile Iron

摘要 采用两种Mn含量的含Ni球墨铸铁材料为研究对象,结合组织形态,对其铸态、退火态及等温淬火态的性能进行了系统分析。结果表明:含Ni球墨铸铁铸态与退火态强度差别不大,但退火态塑性显著增加;高Mn含量显著降低含Ni球墨铸铁退火态组织的伸长率和冲击性能,但对其铸态和等温淬火态的性能影响较小;常温下含Ni球墨铸铁等温淬火态冲击功比低Mn含Ni球墨铸铁退火态的高,但-40℃下前者冲击功低于后者。 The mechanical properties of two kinds of nickel-containing ductile iron with different content of Mn were studied in different heat treating conditions, i.e., the as-cast, annealed and austempered state. The results show that the strength of as-cast and annealed state samples is not very different, but there is a significant increase in elongation of the annealed state samples; high Mn content significantly decreases the elongation and impact toughness of armealed-state samples, however, the mechanical properties of as-cast and austernpered state samples are less affected. The impact toughness of austempered state samples is higher than the annealed low Mn-containing ones at room temperature, while that of the former is lower than the latter at -40 ℃.
