摘要
铋是阻碍石墨化元素 ,在生产可锻铸铁件时常采用添加铋的办法来获得白口组织 ;在生产铸态中小型薄壁铁素体球铁件时 ,通过加入适量的铋来获得符合标准的铸态组织 ,机械性能有所提高 ,特别是延伸率提高较多。
Bismuth is an anti graphitization element during producing malleable cast iron, it is applied to obtain white iron texture. Nowadays it is applied to help obtaining as cast ductile iron casting , especial for small and thin wall ductile iron castings. The mechanical properties will be imporved especially the elongation index.
