摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜以及EDS能谱仪,对接线板成分及结构进行了分析,进而分析了变压器接线板失效的原因。结果表明,接线板产品的制造工艺、大气环境以及施工因素均有可能对接线板的使用寿命造成影响。
The chemical composition and structure of wiring board in transformer was investigated by using optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis, and the reasons for the failure of the transformer wiring board were analyzed. It is suggested that the manufacturing process, atmospheric environment and construction conditions have influence on the service life of transformer wiring board.
