摘要
鞍钢股份中厚板厂4300 mm厚板生产线在生产过程中产生的板形缺陷主要有镰刀弯和不平度超差。对这两种板形缺陷产生的原因进行了分析,同时提出改进措施,即优化轧制操作过程和控冷过程。实施后板形缺陷得到了良好的控制。
The major shape defects of a steel plate produced by the 4300 mm Heavy Steel Plate Production Line in Medium and Heavy Plate Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. includes camber and roughness out-of-tolerance. The causes leading to these two types of defects were analyzed and then such improving measures as optimizing the rolling operation process and controlling cooling process were proposed. After the measures were taken, the shape defects can be controlled well.
