摘要 文章介绍了一起110kV变压器穿缆式油纸电容式套管在运行过程中穿缆导电管断裂事故,对事故套管的导电管材质金属进行了检测、断开分析,并综合分析了该厂该型套管近期在湖南电网中运行的多起类似事故。分析发现引起导电管断裂的主要原因为导电管材质与设计不一致,且失效导电管热处理工艺不合格造成运行中出现脆性断裂。文章最后提出了在运设备的隐患排查方法、检修策略和入网把关的检测要点,对避免类似故障发生具有指导作用。 In this paper, a fault of conducting cable fracture during operation in 110-kilovolt oil-paper capacitor type high- voltage casing is introduced. The metal of the conducting pipe of the accident conduit is tested and broken off. This lype of casing in the recent operation of Hunan Power Grid in the number of similar accidents is analyzed comprehensively. It is found that the main reason for the rupture of the conductive tube is inconsistent with the design of the conductive tube material, and failure of the conductive tube heat treatment process resulted in brittle fracture. Finally, the article puts forward the inspection methods of hidden trouble in transportation equipment, the inspection tactics of maintenance strategy and the entrance check in the future, which can guide the avoidance of similar failures.
