摘要
取3~5mg花生子叶组织采用简化的DNA提取流程和快速银染方法,鉴定了利用耐低温花生品系A4搭配的两个杂交组合的F1真杂种种子。本研究为下一步阐明花生耐低温特性的遗传规律奠定了基础,对花生高产稳产育种具有重要意义。
By using a simplified DNA extraction protocol with 3-5 mg groundnut cotyledon- ary tissue and a quick silver-staining procedure, true F1 hybrid seeds were identified by SSR analysis in two cross combinations involving a chilling tolerant line, A4. As the first step to- wards elucidation of chilling tolerance genetics in groundnut, this study is also of relevance to groundnut breeding for stable and high yields.
