摘要
[目的]了解室内装修污染物苯系物及甲醛对小鼠微核和精子的联合毒性.[方法]选用健康小鼠以静式吸入染毒,苯、甲苯、二甲苯及甲醛联合染毒剂量(mg/m3)分别为低剂量组:0.5+1.5+1+1、中剂量组:1+3+1.5+2、高剂量组:2+4.5+2+3,每日染毒8 h,连续染毒5 d,染毒结束后1 d处死动物,检测小鼠骨髓细胞中嗜多染红细胞(PCE)微核率;染毒结束后35 d处死动物,检测雄性小鼠精子畸形率;另设阴性和阳性对照组,阴性对照组采用新鲜空气,阳性对照组腹腔注射一定剂量的环磷酰胺溶液.[结果]联合染毒后实验组小鼠的PEC微核率与阴性对照组相比显著增高(P<0.01);联合染毒后实验组雄性小鼠精子受到损伤,精子畸形率明显增高(P<0.01),苯系物及甲醛具有协同作用,且染毒结束后35 d仍高于阴性对照组(P<0.01).[结论]苯系物及甲醛联合毒作用能够诱导小鼠骨髓细胞中PCE微核率和精子畸形率增高.
In the study, the toxicity of pollutants of Benzenes and Formaldehyde in indoor decoration on micronucleus in bone marrow PCE and Teratospermia of mice was investigated. The mice were divided into negative and positive control groups. Benzene, Toluene, Xylene combined with Formaldehyde were given in different doses to three difterent groups : the low dose group (0.5 + 1.5 + 1 + 1 mg/m3 ), the middle dose group ( 1 + 3 + 1.5 + 2 mg/m3), and the high dose group(2 +4.5 +2 +3 mg/m3) , and then micronuclei in bone marrow PCE and Ter- atospermia were analyzed. The results showed that the micronucleus and Teratospermia rates increased obviously compared with the negative control( P 〈0.01 ). It is concluded that Benzenes and Formaldehyde may significantly increase micronucleus and Teratospermia in rates.
