排铅聚糖对铅致小鼠遗传和生殖毒性的抑制作用 被引量:2

Inhibitory effects of lead-excretion glycan on genetoxic and reproduction toxicity induced by lead in mice

摘要 目的探讨排铅聚糖对醋酸铅染毒小鼠骨髓、外周血嗜多染红细胞(polychromatic erythrocyte,PCE)微核率和精子畸变率的影响。方法以昆明种小鼠为实验对象,按体重随机分为阴性对照组、阳性对照组、醋酸铅对照组、高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组和预防组,腹腔注射染毒,排铅聚糖灌胃。采用微核实验和精子畸变实验。结果高、中剂量组外周血和骨髓PCE微核率均低于醋酸铅对照组(P<0.05)。高、中剂量组和预防组精子畸变率低于醋酸铅对照组(P<0.001)。结论排铅聚糖对铅暴露小鼠的遗传物质损伤和精子畸变具有抑制作用。 Objective To study the influence of lead-excretion glyean on mieronuclei formation in bone marrow and peripheral blood polychromafic erythrocyte (PCE) and on sperm abnormalities induced by lead in mice. Methods The KM strain mice were randomly divided into the negative control group, the positive control group, the lead control group, the high dosage group, the middle dosage group, the low dosage group and the preventative group based on body weight. The mice were given lead acetate by intraperitoneal injection and treated with lead-excretion glycan by intragastric administration. Micronucleus tests and sperm aberration tests were used. Results The micronuclei formation in.bone marrow and peripheral blood PCE of the high and middle dosage groups were significantly less than that of the lead control group( P 〈0.05). The sperm abnormality rate of the high and middle dosage groups and the preventative group was significantly lower than that of the lead control group( P 〈 0.001). Conclusion lead-excretion glycan can to some extent inhibit the increase of micronuclei formation in bone marrow and peripheral blood PCE and sperm abnormalities in lead-exposed mice
